Exclusions: Our services do not include legal advice or mental health counseling.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking a session or purchasing a product.
Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal.
Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
While cancellations are not accepted, clients are welcome to reschedule services as needed.
To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
For product cancellations, reach out to us directly to discuss the process and conditions.

All materials, including workbooks, templates, and digital content provided during the sessions, remain the intellectual property of the consultant.
These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will first seek resolution through direct communication and mediation.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Texas and will be settled through mediation or arbitration.

Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website.
9. Client Obligations
Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information during sessions.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice if there is a breach of these terms.
Upon termination, any outstanding payment for services rendered will be due immediately.
